The aim of this study is to describe the produk development process, the expert respons, subject teachers, and the students to the development of inquiry-based interactive multimedia for graphic computer learning, and to analyze effectiveness of research product. The effectiveness of product development, is measured by looking at the difference between the scores of pretest and posttest achieved by the students. This research is designed by research and development procedures based on the Dick and Carey model. The study involved grade X student of Visual Communication Design at vocational school. Data from the experts of content, design, user, individual testing, small group testing and field tests were obtained by using observation and testing. The data obtained was analyzed by descriptive analysis and t-test. Based on the results of the study show that the validity of teaching materials in terms of aspects of content and learning media is good, and the learning design aspect is very good. Aspects of the teacher as user and group responses at the good grade , with 76% at the small group and 80% at the field group test. Result of the t-test analyses showed that there are signiticant difference in the mean value of the students achievement before and after using product development of the research.
